Some items (e.g., personalized or clearance products) may not be eligible for return – these will be clearly marked on the product page.
Log in to your account on our website.
Go to My Orders and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Click Request Return/Exchange and fill in the reason for return.
Submit your request – our team will review it and send you confirmation along with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take [7 business days] to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
