Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the steps below:

• Return the original item to us.
• Place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
•  Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original
  payment method.

Return Window

• Our standard return period is 28 days, starting from the day your order is delivered to your shipping address.
• For sale items purchased online, you must notify us of your return within 14 days of
  delivery. You then have an additional 14 days from the date of notification to send
  the item back using your chosen return method.
•  Returns submitted outside the stated timeframes will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be new, unused, and unworn, and returned with all original tags and
  packaging intact.
•  All items from multi-pack purchases must be returned together.
• If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned.
• Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through our website.

Refunds

•  A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the returned
  items are received and inspected
• Customers may choose to receive a LuxyTrends Gift Card instead of a refund to the original payment method. Simply select “LuxyTrends Gift Card” in the returns
  portal. Customers who choose this option will receive an additional 10% value on
  their refund.
• Purchases made using a gift card are not eligible for the extra 10% refund bonus.
• LuxyTrends Gift Cards are valid for 185 days from the date of issue and
  are exclusively redeemable at LuxyTrends.
• Once a gift card refund is selected, the choice cannot be changed. If multiple items
  from the same order are returned under separate requests, the refund method selected for the first return will apply to all subsequent returns from that order, regardless of timing.
•  Once returned items are received and approved, customers will receive their E-Gift
  Card via email.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure proof of return.
